Witold was phenomenal in his Boxing Glove recommendations! I got a new pair, and I love them! Lilly was very patient with me at the register when I didn’t know my old number, but still wanted the points. She researched my email instead, and found my account, and suggested that if I want to change my number that I can do it on the app. Keep up the good work!

Had a small issue with our Whirlpool washer. Called for service at 11 AM. The scheduler said we can have someone there today ( July 3). Wow !! The technician ( Jason ) notified us of arrival. Was promptly on time just 2 hours after my initial call. ( Can you say fast !! ). Diagnosed the issue. Told us the repair would be covered under warranty. Parts would be ordered and should be available within a week. We couldn’t be happier with the level of scheduling and service we received today. Dick Van Dyke and Jason came thru for us today especially being the day before a holiday. YOU CAN’T GO WRONG WITH DICK VAN DYKE !!! Thank you Jason.

Unknowingly bought a defective bat and tried to return it. Was told I can't return it and to contact the manufacturer. Was in the middle of the season so purchased another bat under guidance of the store. Was told to return the new bat once the manufacturer sends it to me. Time passes waiting for Easton to get me the bat. Finally get it and attempt to return it to the store. I'm now the proud owner of 3 bats. Apparently I'm outside of the return window even though I followed direction of the store. But hey they offered me $15 for a brand new bat. Thanks for standing behind the products you sell and taking care of your customers!

Terrible service this morning. Needed to purchase some sports equipment . I was in the store for just under an hour. Not one employee even acknowledged me. It almost seemed like a few of them were trying their darndest to not make eye contact with me so they wouldn't be bothered by a confused customer potentially saying "excuse me, can you help me?". I am not asking for anyone to go out of their way, just help a customer in need with a bit of information on certain items of sports equipment that I was unfamiliar with. There were plenty of associates around the place, and yet myself and another elderly couple I noticed, couldn't get any kind of assistance. I know the name of the store is "Dicks" but I'm almost positive the store's employees aren't suppose to act like one....that's unless the policy changed. Genuinely frustrated and disappointed by my experience there. I'm not sure if I'll ever return to this location.
